Our specialty loan product division is tailored for unique properties with special circumstances. Our minimum loan amount is $3M on specialty loans and $1M on residential loans. We may need a bit more time to source an investor or lending source on certain properties.
Although we accommodate financing for most properties, at this time we do not finance churches, gas stations, auto dealerships, or highly speculative development projects. Please contact us if you feel your property may not fit within our criteria or take a few minutes to fill in our loan application for a fast response. We will make every attempt possible to assist you in satisfying your financing needs.
Investor Single Family and Condo Loans

We welcome all types of properties, but specialize in investment property loans for single family residences and condos. We can place most types of rehab loans and accommodate buy and flip or buy to hold scenarios for properties in larger MSAs.
If you’re an investor with great credit and strong financials or are able to allocate a large down payment, we can help. We can also arrange a LOC tied to a cross on other related assets. We offer a wide assortment of programs for investment property loans from non-owner occupied 30 and 40 year programs to bridge loans for a buy and flip scenario. Our long term amortized loans are extremely competitive with low rates and fees. Other products are priced according to risk so it makes sense to factor these costs into your spreadsheet.
